The boys on the SUP watching the guys’ paddle teamOlivia spent the entire time trying to catch tadpolesGot to watch the Kailua outrigger canoe paddling teams practicing – it’s a very popular thing here for individuals and teams. Kind of like crew but with a single canoe-style paddle and a boat with an outrigger on the left side for balance. Our friends’ son Kai is on this team/boat, getting ready for a 40+ mile race in October from Moloka’i (island off of Maui) to Waikiki!
